In 2007, Puerto Vallarta witnessed the emergence of Grupo HEVA, a real estate development company created with the aim of offering a new standard in the construction of premium condominiums.
Our team (which combines more than 100 years of experience), as well as our various suppliers and contractors (who have participated in the construction of our condominiums almost since our inception), compare their experience to being part of a large family committed to success of the company.

We are aware one the biggest concerns buyers have when purchasing property in Mexico is the quality of the construction and warranty. That’s why we are comfortable and proud to offer a guarantee of satisfaction to every client. For one year after closing,
HEVA Select Builders offers (free of charge) a fully-staffed, bilingual warranty team to specifically manage individual home warranties and to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction.
In addition to our one-year warranty, all appliances and air conditioning units come with a separate manufacturer’s extended warranty.

The pillars of Grupo HEVA
Although Grupo HEVA consists of 12 people, three key positions drive the success and on-time delivery of the developments we have built:
Developer (45 years of experience)
Grupo HEVA’s developer began his successful career in the United States, where he carried out projects in Oregon, Nevada and California. As the main foundation of this construction company, he is responsible for overseeing all the parts that make it up, as well as finding the perfect location and product to meet the needs of the market. It also takes care of the financial impact and continuously monitors the architectural design of the building.
Director of Construction (20 years of experience)
Before arriving in Puerto Vallarta to plan, coordinate and supervise the execution and delivery times of the group’s work, the Grupo HEVA’s director of construction collaborated in the most important seaports in Mexico. Under his charge is a structural engineer, a hydraulic engineer, two architects who supervise the work directly on site and two architects in the office. This unusual team in other companies is one of its great distinguishing features.
Chief Financial Officer (15 years of experience)
Grupo HEVA’s chief financial officer is responsible for supervising the assets going in and out of the company, as well as review budgets and prepare both contracts and payrolls. Her participation in the administration of the group is key for the developer and director of construction making the best decisions in favor of the projects.
Commitment to the Community
In each of the projects developed by Grupo HEVA, we usually do some work by choice or because it is really needed to contribute to the improvement of the infrastructure. Some of these community works include the Civil Protection facilities located in Conchas Chinas, the Andador Aguacate that connects the Altavista neighborhood with the Romantic Zone, and the hydraulic system in Marina Vallarta to properly manage and direct the water during the rainy season.
